AASC is seeking individuals who have experience or an interest in this field of Applied Behavioral Analysis and special education. Behavior Technician Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field
  • Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
  • Previous experience working with a range of children with autism, developmental disorders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Willing to learn and implement new skills
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and kneel frequently
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
